Donny Dough's symbol set splits cleanly into two categories: standard paytable symbols that work like any typical slot icon, and the special symbols — FS scatters and Multi-Dough — that actually run the game's distinctive mechanics. Understanding the second category is far more important than memorizing exact payout values for the first, since Multi-Dough symbols are what determine whether a winning payline pays out modestly or turns into something much bigger.

This page catalogs both groups, with a particular focus on every version of the Multi-Dough symbol, since those values are the building blocks of the LOOTLINES™ calculations covered in full on our How to Play page.

Standard Low-Pay Symbols

As with most video slots, Donny Dough fills out the lower end of its paytable with card-style or thematic filler icons that appear more frequently and pay modest amounts for 3, 4, or 5 of a kind along a payline. Exact payout values reflect your currently selected bet level and are displayed directly in the in-game paytable, which we'd point you to for precise figures rather than reproducing numbers here that shift with stake size.

Standard High-Pay Symbols

Above the low-pay tier sit the game's premium thematic symbols — gold bars, jewels, and cash-related icons that fit Donny's game-show theme. These pay more generously than the low-pay tier for the same length of combination, though as with low-pay symbols, check the in-game paytable at your current bet level for exact figures.

FS Scatter Symbol

The FS symbol is the trigger for both of Donny Dough's bonus rounds, and its behavior is based on how many land simultaneously rather than needing to align on a payline:

  • 3 FS symbols landing at once → triggers the Sticky Dough Bonus (10 free spins).
  • 4 FS symbols landing at once → triggers the Strike Gold Bonus (10 free spins).

During either bonus, landing more FS symbols simultaneously extends the round: 2 at once adds 2 extra spins, 3 at once adds 4 extra spins.

Multi-Dough Symbol: All Four Types

The Multi-Dough symbol — Donny's smiling coin-style icon — is the single most important symbol in the game, and it comes in four distinct versions:

TypeVisible ValueBehavior
Adding Multi-Dough1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x, 9x, 10xLands showing its value immediately
Revealing adding Multi-Dough15x, 20x, 25x, 50x, 100x, 250x, 500xLands face-down with a question mark, then reveals its value
Multiplying Multi-Doughx2, x3, x4, x5Lands showing its value immediately
Revealing multiplying Multi-Doughx6, x7, x8, x9, x10, x15, x20, x25Lands face-down with a question mark, then reveals its value

When multiple Multi-Dough symbols form part of a single winning payline, their values combine left to right — adding values sum together, and multiplying values multiply the running total, except a multiplying value that lands first in the sequence, which is treated as an adding value. The full calculation logic, with a worked example, is covered on our How to Play page.

Because the "revealing" versions hide larger values behind a question mark before flipping, they carry noticeably more suspense — and more potential payout — than their immediately-visible counterparts. Revealing adding Multi-Dough symbols top out at 500x, and revealing multiplying Multi-Dough symbols top out at x25, making them the symbols most closely tied to Donny Dough's biggest possible wins (see our Max Win page).

Donny's Hat Symbol

Donny's Hat is a special symbol that only comes into play during the Strike Gold Bonus. When it lands on the grid, it triggers a re-spin on any reel with lit light bulbs (bulbs are lit by previous Multi-Dough wins during the feature), seeding new Multi-Dough symbols onto those reels at random positions. Notably, a Donny's Hat is guaranteed to land on the very last spin of the Strike Gold Bonus, giving every round a built-in final opportunity to convert accumulated light bulbs into fresh wins. Full mechanics are covered on our How to Play page and our Max Win page.

How Symbol Values Feed Into LOOTLINES™

Every Multi-Dough type described above exists purely to feed into the LOOTLINES™ resolution system: land them along a winning payline, and their values (adding or multiplying, applied left to right) determine your total payout multiplier for that line. There's no separate "symbol payout" table for Multi-Dough the way there is for standard low- and high-pay icons — the value is entirely dynamic, based on which Multi-Dough types land and in what order. That's also why practicing in our free Demo is genuinely useful: seeing the symbols resolve live makes the left-to-right logic click much faster than reading about it.
